Welcome to ALV Jewels. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.alvjewels.com (the “Site”), and the purchase of products from ALV Jewels LLC (“ALV Jewels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

ELIGIBILITY

By using this Site or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

ALV Jewels offers jewelry products that may include solid gold, gold-filled, vermeil, sterling silver, plated jewelry, and gemstones.

Product descriptions, images, measurements, and weights are provided for reference only and are approximate. Variations may occur due to materials, production methods, or display settings. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately but do not guarantee exact representation.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing or product information. Product availability is not guaranteed, and quantities may be limited or discontinued at any time. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept standard payment methods available through Shopify, including third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders. ALV Jewels is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Exchanges only. No refunds.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and in undamaged condition.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Approved exchanges will be processed within approximately 7 days of receiving the returned item.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

ALV Jewels does not offer a general warranty unless otherwise stated. Proof of purchase is required for any service consideration. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges or repairs.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including designs, images, text, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of ALV Jewels LLC. ALV Jewels is a trademarked brand. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

WEBSITE USE

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or copy or exploit Site content. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at our discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
