Refund policy
ALV Jewels does not accept returns, but we are more than happy to exchange your unworn jewels as long as they are in the same, brand new condition as when shipped. Exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of the delivery date.
Final Sale items, which are not eligible for return or exchange, include earrings, grab bags, headbands, custom pieces, sale orders & orders placed with a discount code.
All items eligible for exchange must be returned with an attached exchange form.Β
